When your body, mind, spirit, health, and wealth are aligned, you’ll find the whole of you living in perfect balance!

We’ll be exploring every element of Holistic Wholeness from the personal to the global. The definition of Holistic comes from the word ‘holism’ which comes from the Greek word ‘holos’ meaning complete.

Holistic Wholeness is a model for viewing you as a whole rather than a sum of parts. Viewing yourself as a a ‘whole’ allows you to understand each complimentary element and how they interact.

Your hosts Barbara J. Cormack and Dawn A. Campbell are successful entrepreneurial Coaches, Mentors, Trainers, and published Authors. They both practice within the holistic wholeness community from a personal and business perspective; supporting clients via 1-2-1 sessions, training courses, tailored workshops, interactive webinars and their growing catalogue of books.

Make joining Barbara and Dawn for their unique monthly show one of your new healthier habits from January 2015 when you’ll be entertained, educated, encouraged, and empowered into creating a holistic lifestyle. Not least because their results-orientated approach ensures you’ll benefit from hearing about practical solutions, tips, tools, techniques and resources to implement, so you too can achieve the life you desire.

Spring cleaning your environment helps to spring clean your mind by freeing up and creating space for creativity and more ……

Recommendations from today’s show:

  • Find someone to physically walk through your de-cluttering with you.  As an example, it’s very hard to walk through your own wardrobe and throw out all those clothes that you haven’t worn for one year, or are too small, or are too big, or are out of fashion, or are just taking up space and you know in your inner most heart you will never wear it/them again.  A Coach or Mentor can help you as they are independent, non-judgemental, and have nothing to gain through the decisions that you take.
  • Visualise that you are moving from the house/office/study that you are in right now into one that is one third of the size.  What do you take?  What do you need?  What’s the reason you would take anything else?
